Deloitte Consulting Overseas, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “DCOP”) on behalf of USAID Trade and Competitiveness, is soliciting offers from an individual or firm contractor to submit proposals to carry out a study on financing needs and opportunities of enterprises across multiple sectors that will support the Nepal Women Growth Equity Fund mobilize alternative investment and accelerate the growth of women-led enterprises.
Scope of Assignment
USAID Trade and Competitiveness will engage the services of an individual or firm contractor to:
- Identify key regulatory provisions that present challenges and opportunities for women entrepreneurs to access capital.
- Identify available traditional and alternative financing sources and products for women entrepreneurs.
- Assist to Identify and showcase 10 – 15 women-led enterprises that have the capacity to absorb growth capital of USD 15,000 to USD 385,000.
Deliverables of Assignment
- The deliverables below must be submitted as stipulated in the timeline and must be reviewed and approved by the appointed Technical Lead.
- Assessment Methodology and Work Plan detailing approach, methodology, measurement objectives, data collection process, recommended surveys, and reporting plan.
- Final Study Report (no more than 20 pages including annexes) in English.
