Human Resources Officer
The post holder is responsible to plan, organize and supervise matters relating to employment, policy compliance and Human Resource issues at INF Nepal for smooth operation of HR Department.
Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, desirably in Management, with minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and human resource management skills.
- Training and facilitation skills.
- Training and skill in safeguarding and protection is advantage.
- Excellent computer skills in MS office program.
- Mature, able to ensure and demonstrate INF Nepal Values in ones work and relationship.
- Able and willing to travel in remotes areas of projects/offices.
